Who we are
James AI ("James", "we", "us") is a service of James AI LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (New Mexico Secretary of State entity number 0008132123), at jamesai.si. Our address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. These terms are the agreement between you and James AI LLC when you use James.
What James is
James is an AI assistant for founders. You text or call him, and he does the work you ask for: research, drafts, outreach, scheduling, and purchases you approve. He is software built on large language models; he can be wrong, and you review anything that matters before it goes out in your name.
Membership and billing
James is sold as a monthly membership, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the membership ends at the close of the period you have paid for, and we do not charge you again. If something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will make it right, including a refund of the current month.
Purchases James makes for you
James never spends your money on his own. Every purchase is a request for an exact amount at a named merchant, which you approve on your phone (through Stripe Link) before anything is charged. The one-time card Link issues is capped at the amount you approved. What you buy is governed by the merchant's own terms; we are not the seller.
Your side
- You are at least 18 and use James for lawful purposes.
- You give James accurate information and keep your own accounts secure.
- You do not ask James to harass, deceive, or break the law, and you accept that he will refuse such requests.
- Card approvals through Link are available to US consumers; other features are available wherever you are.
Availability and liability
James is provided as is. We work hard to keep him reliable but do not promise uninterrupted service or perfect answers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the current version lives at this address, and we tell members about material changes by text or email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
