James works inside your email, your books and your conversations with customers. This is how we keep that safe: what we do, what we never do, and who else handles your data.
Your data
Nothing you share trains any AI model unless you choose to. Ask, and we delete it.
Payments
You approve every purchase in Stripe Link, and each one gets a single-use card capped at that amount.
Encrypted in transit
Everything between you, James and the tools he works in travels encrypted.

How James acts
- He asks you first before spending money, sending to a new list, signing anything, refunds, and deleting anything that cannot be restored. You can add to the list.
- Your OK is tied to that exact action and works once. It cannot be used for anything else.
- Each job is a fixed flowchart our engineers build and rehearse, and he runs it the same way every time.
- Before you get access, the job is rehearsed on our own accounts until it comes out right. Your customers never see a first try.
Your data
- Private by default: nothing from your account trains any AI model, ours or anyone else’s.
- Only if you choose 20% off for helping James learn do we keep a record of how he works, and your content is removed before it is stored.
- The AI model providers we use work under terms that do not allow them to train on your data.
- We keep your data while you are a member and up to 90 days after, and delete it sooner if you ask.
- We do not sell your data, and James never shows you ads.
Logins, passwords and cards
- You hand James a login through a one-time secure link, never by typing it into a chat.
- Passwords and other secrets live in a separate vault that James himself cannot read.
- Card numbers never reach our AI models or our logs. A single-use card from Stripe Link is typed into the merchant’s page by a locked-down part of our system, then discarded.
- Disconnect your card at any time by texting James “disconnect my card”.
Infrastructure and our team
- James runs on Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare.
- Each business’s James works on a computer of his own, separate from every other business’s.
- Our admin tools are open only to named people on our team, signing in with their Google accounts, and everything anyone does with a customer is recorded with who did it.
- While we set James up for you and through your free week, our team watches his work, so we can fix what he gets wrong. The Privacy Policy says exactly what we see.

Does James train on my data?
