He talks like a calm front desk, and he says he is an AI assistant in his first sentence. We would rather your customers hear that from him than find it out. Once he is set up, call your own number and hear exactly what they hear.
He books only into the windows you allow, and he answers from what you have told him about your business. When a caller asks something he does not know, he says so, takes a message and texts you. After every call you get a text with what happened, so you can fix it the same day, and anything you correct he keeps.
We do not keep call recordings today. After every call James texts you a summary: who called, what they needed, and what he booked. And you can call him yourself any time, from your James page or your own phone, to hear exactly what your customers hear.
Today James books into Housecall Pro on Housecall Pro's MAX plan (the plan that opens their API; you connect it with your own API key) and into Google Calendar, and chases invoices in QuickBooks and Stripe.
